Award-winning Breakfast, Brunch, and Lunch restaurant First Watch continued its expansion in Southeast Florida with the opening of a new restaurant in West Boca Raton. The 3,700-square-foot restaurant, located at 20401 State Road 7 in the Mission Bay Plaza, is now the second restaurant in Boca Raton, bringing the total number of First Watch restaurants in Southeast Florida to six.

First Watch also announced plans for the relocation of its Boca Village Square restaurant at 21210 St. Andrews Blvd. The restaurant will move just a few doors down in the same shopping center to 21200 St. Andrews Blvd. by the end of July. The new 3,400-square-foot space will feature an outdoor patio and more seating than the original location.

As the company celebrates its 30th year, its aggressive growth strategy continues throughout its home state. The Mission Bay Plaza opening and Boca Village Square relocation come just months after First Watch opened restaurants in Brandon, Orlando and Wellington and weeks after several recent announcements for openings in other cities across the state. First Watch currently has 41 restaurants in Florida.

“As we continue to look for growth opportunities in new and existing markets, Boca seemed a great fit for an additional restaurant,” says Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. “We have gained a strong, loyal customer base in the Boca community over the past five years and are excited to grow our presence there and bring our unique Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch offerings to even more of its residents.”

The new Boca Raton restaurant in Mission Bay Plaza features an interior design that maximizes natural light provided during the restaurant’s daytime hours and incorporates color tones intended to convey the warm and inviting personality of the First Watch brand. The design also accentuates an open-kitchen concept, which reinforces First Watch’s honest approach to fresh food preparation.
