The much-anticipated Redwood Grille, slated to open in late June 2013 on the dining deck of Santa Monica Place, is pleased to announce Spiros Bozikis as executive chef and chief operating officer. Lauded in the Toronto culinary scene for his award-wining creations, Bozikis will spearhead the restaurant’s modern take on classic American cuisine. With more than 22 years of industry experience, Chef Bozikis is currently recruiting the crème de la crème of Los Angeles talent to join the Redwood Grille team.

“We are excited to bring this premier restaurant concept to the Santa Monica community,” says Bozikis. “Our philosophy is simple: make great food with high-quality ingredients and provide impeccable service. The classic American cuisine of Redwood Grille has the potential to fill a void in the Santa Monica restaurant scene, and we’re looking for team members who understand this raison d’être.”

Open interviews will be held on Monday, June 24 to June, 29. Available positions include: chefs, bartenders, bussers, food runners, barbacks, hosts, dishwashers, and servers.

Opening in late June 2013, Redwood Grille features 6,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor rooftop dining and boasts of a 2,500 square foot patio overlooking the Third Street Promenade and Pacific Ocean. Designed by Stephen Francis Jones, former in-house architect for Wolfgang Puck, the new Santa Monica restaurant will serve lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.  Guests can also enjoy power lunches for work meetings and happy hour featuring classic martinis and hand-selected wines.
