Omni Hotels & Resorts announced the expansion of Bob’s Steak & Chop House restaurants into three new locations in 2016: Amelia Island, Florida, Carlsbad, California, and New York City.

Bob’s Steak & Chop House is a traditional American Prime Steakhouse that has been recognized for its lively atmosphere, big drinks, fine wines, and large cuts of the finest prime steaks, chops, and seafood. While each Bob’s location has its own unique personality, all uphold the same exceptional dining and service standards instilled since the original Bob’s opening in Dallas in 1993.

With 11 current locations in Texas, Arizona, California, and Tennessee, Bob’s will expand into three new markets this year. In March 2016 and June 2016, Bob’s will debut in two new coastal destinations: Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort in Amelia Island, and Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, respectively. In September, Bob’s will join New York City’s dining scene when it opens at Omni Berkshire Place in midtown Manhattan. The restaurants will open within existing restaurant spaces at each property.

A jar of pickles and a warm loaf of bread start guests off, followed by appetizers, oversized salads and, finally, steak. Bob’s offers every fine cut in multiple sizes.
