J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc. announced the opening of its 11th Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill in the premier Saddle Creek development in Germantown, Tennessee, near Memphis.
Lonnie J. Stout II, president and CEO of J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc., says the new Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill is located at 7515 Poplar Avenue, Suite 101, and is situated in one of the Southeast’s most prestigious upscale retail destinations.
The Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill includes 7,875 square feet with seating for up to 250 guests, and will employ an operating staff of around 100 full and part-time professionals. Stout adds that Sherif Reyadh has been named general manager.

The new Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill restaurant will feature a high-quality menu with emphasis on hand-cut steaks and gourmet entrées, served in a sophisticated atmosphere. Guests will enjoy such offerings as a coffee-cured filet, bone-in ribeye, and classic New York strip steak, as well as house specialties ranging from pasta and chicken to shrimp and salmon.
“The new Stoney River in Saddle Creek also will be open seven days a week and will offer a distinctive lunch menu,” Stout says. “Included will be unique salads and assorted sandwiches made from scratch in our kitchen, along with our signature steak and biscuits.”
Operating hours for the new Stoney River in Saddle Creek will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, including Sunday Brunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Stoney River’s full-service bar will feature hand-crafted cocktails and over 30 varietals of wine by the glass and more than 120 bottles of wine on its boutique wine list.
With its premier location in Germantown, this property is conveniently located at Poplar and West Farmington in the heart of the community and is easily accessible from Memphis, as well as Northern Mississippi and Eastern Arkansas. The Shops at Saddle Creek is owned by Heitman, Chicago, and is leased and managed by Trademark Property Co., Fort Worth, Texas.
