Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc. announced the opening of its newest Del Frisco's Grille in Stamford, Connecticut, located at 101 Broad St. The new location in downtown Stamford opened on August 21. This marks the 19th Del Frisco's Grille across the country, and the 49th restaurant overall for Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, which also owns and operates 12 Del Frisco's Double Eagle and 18 Sullivan's Steakhouse locations.

"Stamford is a vibrant city and our Grille concept is a great fit for the area with a lively bar featuring handmade, signature cocktails, a large patio area overlooking energetic downtown and unique menu items," says Mark S. The newest Del Frisco's Grille in Stamford boasts the concept's signature bold flavors and market-fresh ingredients showcased in updated American classics for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. The modern 7,900-square foot interior has a guest capacity of 222 people, including a private dining room and additional outdoor seating for 52.

The new Grille features a Sunday brunch menu including Red Velvet Belgian Waffles, The Grille Benedict, and Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary. Signature favorites will include Cheesesteak Eggrolls with sweet and spicy chili sauce, and honey mustard; Ahi Tacos stuffed with tuna tartare, avocado, and spicy citrus mayo; a variety of crispy flatbreads, including Roasted Tomato, Wild Mushroom, House Made Sausage and Pepperoni, and Spicy Pork. Signature steaks and seafood include the Filet Mignon, Prime New York Strip, Prime Ribeye, Bay of Fundy Salmon, and Sliced Ahi Tuna. Add-ons like Truffled Mac & Cheese, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, and Sea Salt Parmesan Frites are also available.

The Grille is known for its extensive cocktail list and the Stamford location offers handmade drinks including the Moscow Mule, Youth Serum, Apt. 5d, Skinny Cosmo, Pomegranate Margarita, and the Adult Milkshake. The restaurant's beverage offerings also includes a large selection of wine, and the Stamford location has more than 250 regional and global vintages. Also, beer fans can enjoy local Connecticut brews including Two Roads and Stamford's own Half Full.
