The P.J.W. Restaurant Group is opening its third craft beer bar concept, The Pour House, at 29 Airport Square in North Wales, Pennsylvania, on September 21, making it the 19th in the group’s family of restaurants including P.J. Whelihan’s, Treno Pizza Bar, and The ChopHouse.

The menu will feature The Pour House’s elevated pub fare including raw bar options and weekly Buck-a-Shuck night, signature burgers like The Second Coming with overnight tomatoes, roasted garlic aioli and gruye`re cheese ($14.99), popular salads like Beer Can Chicken with pulled chicken, grapes, toasted almonds, bacon, blue cheese, arugula, honey-red wine vinaigrette ($10.49), and sandwiches including the Short Rib Melt with Vermont white cheddar, pickled onion, garlic almond aioli on sourdough bread ($10.99).  

Special menu entrees created for the North Wales restaurant includes Dogfish Head Bratwurst skillet ($16.99), Mediterranean Braised Chicken with olives, Meyer lemon, cumin and coriander ($19.99), and Pan Fried Crab Cake ($19.99) entrees as well as a variety of flatbreads such as The California Chicken with avocado, roasted red pepper and applewood smoked bacon ($9.99) fired off in its pizza oven—a first for The Pour House concept.

Beverage offerings will include an extensive variety of craft beers on tap and bottles from local, national, and international craft breweries ranging from Troegs, Neshaminy Creek and Victory to Goose Island, Allagash. and Stone. For the first time, The Pour House will offer a variety of wines on tap by the glass from California-based Clos La Chance winery including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Meritage, and Cabarnet Sauvignon.
