Dallas-based Falcon Realty Advisors’ Restaurant and Entertainment Group has been hired by Centurion Restaurant Group to advise on the expansion of its Miami-based concept Bulla Gastrobar. Centurion Restaurant Group will use Falcon’s market intelligence and restaurant real estate expertise to expand its footprint further into the southeastern U.S. with locations in Tennessee, as well as a large westward expansion in Texas, Arizona, and Colorado.

The casual tapas bar is seeking around 6,000 square-feet spaces located in high density and high income urban trade areas. Locations with shopping center end caps are preferred, as well as freestanding locations that must include unique patio options. Cal Marsh, director of national restaurant accounts with Falcon’s Restaurant & Entertainment Group, will be leading the search.

“Inspired by the famous tapas-style restaurants in Spain, Bulla Gastrobar offers a lively atmosphere and unique Spanish and Catalan dishes,” Marsh says. “With its flourishing popularity in Miami, Bulla will be a highly anticipated tenant for any landlord in our desired markets.”

Centurion Restaurant Group was founded and operated by Carlos Centurion, a seasoned restaurateur with a focus on Spanish cuisine. With his initial opening of Por Fin, a fine dining Spanish restaurant in Coral Gables, Florida, Centurion recognized the need for the more casual concept, Bulla Gastrobar. Bulla, which is slang for chatter and what people are talking about, is committed to serving the freshest ingredients to create its quality gastronomic cuisine.

Falcon’s Restaurant and Entertainment Group represents many emerging brands, such as Meso Maya, Hopdoddy, The Matador, Velvet Taco, Grub Burger, Modern Market, and Raised Pallet.
