Known for its dry aged steaks hand-cut in-house and award-winning wine list, The Capital Grille announced Monday that it will debut in the Greater Cleveland area on July 5. The new 8,930-square-foot restaurant will open at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, Ohio, joining the area's busy shopping and dining community.

The Capital Grille features an on-site butcher and steaks dry-aged in-house between 18 to 24 days for maximum tenderness and flavor. A skilled pastry chef makes fresh desserts each morning and mozzarella is handmade in-house every 90 minutes. The Capital Grille is also known for its blend of anticipatory service and menu classics paired with fresh twists on appetizers and sides, such as the Signature Pan-Fried Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers.
Hand-selected by The Capital Grille's Master Sommelier—one of less than 250 worldwide—the restaurant's wine list features more than 350 selections, including gems from $30 to more than $1,000. The Capital Grille uncorks the good life for wine enthusiasts with personalized wine lockers available for lease, complete with brass nameplate and specially curated wines. Additionally, cocktails are available to accommodate every taste, including the Stoli Doli, The Capital Grille's signature martini infused with fresh pineapple, chilled, and served straight up.
The Capital Grille Lyndhurst will be located within the Legacy Village lifestyle center at 25389 Cedar Road and will have a seating capacity of 297 guests among the main dining room, three private dining rooms and an enclosed patio. Private dining will be available in The Board Room (seats 10), The Beachwood Room (seats 16), and The Wine Room (seats 20).
