First Watch Restaurants announced today it will open its first Colorado location Tuesday, May 26, at 7 a.m. at 100 E. 120th Avenue, unit G-140, in Northglenn’s Webster Lake Promenade.

The new restaurant on the southeast corner of I-25 and 120th Avenue is the first of eight planned First Watch restaurants between Fort Collins and Colorado Springs as part of a franchise agreement with Fresh Start Colorado, LLC.

Rich Boyle, the franchise group’s managing partner for the new First Watch restaurant, is no stranger to the restaurant scene in Colorado. He served as a franchisee for Burger King in the Centennial state for about 30 years, where he also served on the National Franchisee Association’s Marketing Committee. Boyle and his business partner, Bill Schuck, will operate the eight Colorado First Watch locations that are scheduled to open during the next five years.

“I’ve been lucky enough to call Colorado home for decades, and we know that opening this new First Watch is the start of a wonderful thing for the Denver metro area,” Boyle says. “This city is so full of incredible restaurants and culture, and I’m confident that the foodies here will love the fresh ingredients and unique menu items First Watch is bringing here.”

“Rich and Bill have extensive experience in the restaurant industry and have called Colorado home for many years, and we know they’ll do an amazing job showing Northglenn everything First Watch has to offer,” says Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. “We’re thrilled to bring First Watch’s new design and some of the new menu items we’ve been working on to our friends in Colorado.”

The Northglenn First Watch will offer indoor and outdoor seating and feature the company’s latest interior design, which combines farm fresh elements with a more high-energy, urban vibe.
