LM Restaurants, Inc. has been honored with a Steady Growth and Profitability Master Award from the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce at Raleigh BizCon at the Raleigh Convention Center in North Carolina. Amber Moshakos, vice president of corporate affairs at LM Restaurants, accepted the award.
The Steady Growth and Profitability Master Award is given to companies who have maintained or increased profitability during the past two years and have won the Steady Growth and Profitability Award at least three times prior. This is the fifth consecutive year LM Restaurants has received the award.
LM Restaurants is the hospitality management firm affiliated with 20 restaurants in the Southeast and eight brands. These restaurants include Carolina Ale House, Taverna Agora, Bluewater, Oceanic, Hops Supply Co., Eddie Romanelli’s, Henry’s, and New Bern Subs.
The company’s growth is mainly attributed to the Carolina Ale House (CAH) concept. CAH has expanded to include 13 North Carolina and Tennessee locations and 10 licensee locations in South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, and Florida. Carolina Ale House will be opening additional restaurants in Chapel Hill and Garner, North Carolina; and Charleston, South Carolina, this year.
Also in Raleigh, LM Restaurants will reopen its award-winning Greek kitchen and bar, Taverna Agora, on June 9 at 326 Hillsborough Street. The downtown location is an exciting change for the brand that originally opened 12 years ago in North Raleigh.
Other projects in the pipeline include Vidrio, a Mediterranean concept opening on the ground floor of the Carolina Ale House in Raleigh at 500 Glenwood Ave. and a brewery with a second Hops Supply Co. location in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina at 155 N. Front Street.
