Chef Brian Pekarcik of G&G Noodle Bar announced a new lunch menu just in time for the warmer months ahead. With new appetizers, noodle bowls, and lunch combinations, diners will have plenty of new options for lunch downtown.

The appetizing new menu includes small plates like pork pot stickers with green onions and Chinese vinegar, smoked salmon rolls featuring daikon, chive, and togarashi wasabi tobiko, or G&G rolls with spicy tuna, kimchi, and torched Hamachi. New noodle bowls include seafood coconut curry with shrimp, mussels, coconut milk, green curry, flat rice noodles, basil, and chili, or crispy Szechuan chicken set atop baby bok choy, celery, lo mein, candied cashews and cilantro.

New vegetarian options include items like vegetable ramen with braised daikon, crispy tofu, bok choy, hot and sour mushroom broth, and udon noodles, or carrot salad, made with romaine hearts and topped with edamame, fresh cheese curds, and a chili and honey vinaigrette.

In addition to these delectable new offerings, guests now have the option of mixing and matching their favorite items. The new lunch combos include either a small dish or sushi paired with a noodle dish of their choice.
