Andre's Restaurant & Lounge at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas now offers its five-course tasting experience served on a single plate, not only to patrons dining in the bar, but also in the restaurant’s main dining room.

With this new option, guests can sample Andre's exquisite fine dining in a compressed amount of a time and in smaller portions.

The plate includes an unscripted selection of three hot or cold appetizers, one entrée and one dessert item. As for what the specific course will be, that will be up to Executive Chef Christopher Bulen.

"Guests are responding so positively to this mini-adventure in dining. There is no set menu. We truly prepare what we feel like making that day and, so far, our guests love it," Chef Bulen says. "One night, we might serve smaller portions of classic dishes on the menu or it could be dishes we have been experimenting with and testing with guests. Every night is a different experience."

The Chef's Tasting Plate is $50 per person plus tax and gratuity. Andre's is open Tuesday through Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to close.
