The Women's Foodservice Forum (WFF) announced that Dr. Ivan Joseph and Ondra Berry will deliver keynote addresses at their 2014 Annual Leadership Development Conference, which will be held March 23–26, 2014 in Dallas, Texas.

Joseph and Berry will each discuss motivational leadership and how to discover career potential through the filter of their own unique backgrounds. They join a stellar speaking line-up, which includes Dr. Maya Angelou and Soledad O'Brien.

"Dr. Ivan Joseph and Ondra Berry are both inspiring speakers who have excelled as leaders in their respective fields of athletics and law enforcement," says Anna Mason, vice president of operations and general manager of WFF. "Their stories will encourage conference attendees to seek out their career potential, and to look ahead with specific goals in mind as they develop their own leadership skills within their organizations."

Recently praised for his popular TED Talk "The Skill of Self Confidence," Joseph is a professor, athletic director, soccer coach and a motivational speaker who is known for leading individuals, teams and organizations to success. As the current director of athletics at Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario, Joseph encourages leaders to use positive reinforcement by transforming negative talk into positivity within their career. Joseph's keynote address will take place during the General Session on March 24.                                                      

Berry is an author and world-renowned expert at discovering the potential of individuals and organizations. His book, "Ayoba: Spirit of Awesomeness," is a guide to unleashing a person's full potential. Berry's experience includes work as a facilitator and consultant, as well as 25 years in the Reno Police Department. He will be speaking at the Communities of Interest United Session on March 26.
