VooDoo BBQ and Grill Opens in Perkins Rowe in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

A brand new VooDoo BBQ and Grill is coming to Perkins Rowe in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and celebrated its grand opening April 11. The award-winning New Orleans-style BBQ restaurant’s new Baton Rouge location is at 10000 Perkins Rowe, next to the movie theatre in the Perkins Rowe Center.

“Perkins Rowe is a great location for a VooDoo BBQ & Grill,” says Brad Smith, who along with Joe Scardino, own and operate the newest VooDoo BBQ location and also the VooDoo BBQ on Drusilla Lane in Baton Rouge. “We’re excited about opening a BBQ restaurant here. VooDoo BBQ is made with amazing Cajun spices and slow-smoked to perfection with oak and pecan then finished with your choice of our three signature sauces,” Scardino says.

VooDoo BBQ & Grill brings together favorite BBQ styles and then kicks them up a notch with Caribbean, Cajun, and Creole spices to create New Orleans-style BBQ. VooDoo BBQ is famous for their homemade sides with a decidedly southern drawl like Gris Gris Greens, Corn Pudding, and Sweet Potato Soufflé.
