Luciana Page, a Florida International University student, won the first-ever Red Robin Savory Scholar Contest earlier this month. For this challenge, FIU students were asked to submit their most crave-worthy burger recipe for a chance to win a $10,000 scholarship and the opportunity to serve their recipe at festival’s Amstel Light Burger Bash, taking place February 22. 

Luciana’s Korean Kalbi BBQ Burger wowed Red Robin’s culinary team with its blend of spicy and tangy authentic Korean flavors. Luciana will be serving her burger during the festival’s Burger Bash, where Red Robin is a first-time sponsor.   

In addition, Red Robin will also present a different award during the Burger Bash with the help of celeb chef Mo Rocca: “Red Robin’s Best of the Bash Award.” The winning chef will receive $10,000 and the burger will be featured on Red Robin’s menu.
