MonkeyMedia Software, a provider of turnkey catering solutions for multi-unit restaurant operators, has announced that Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp., an existing strategy client for the company, will be implementing additional software services to continue building its catering and off-premise programs.
Garden Fresh, parent company to Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes restaurants, is well known for its 55-foot-salad bar of freshly tossed salads, fresh vegetables, and produce, made-from-scratch soups and hand-crafted muffins and bakery items.
The organization will deploy MonkeyCatering as a technology tool to support its existing strategic efforts, starting with a select number of store locations, and eventually rolling out to branches nationwide.
MonkeyCatering will easily integrate into Garden Fresh’s existing IT infrastructure (specifically its point-of-sale system), allowing locations to manage sales, order entry, billing, payments and collections, production, order fulfillment, and order distribution.
In addition, Catering Sales Managers will be able to track catering prospects, customers, and billing accounts, while managing the sales cycle, and ensuring catering and off-premise sales remain a positive additional revenue chain for the brand.
