The New Jersey Restaurant Association and the ArtPride New Jersey Foundation present “Inspiring Women: A Celebration of Visual & Culinary Arts,” on Monday, March 5, in honor of Women’s History Month.

The event will take place from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at “Hospitality House,” the New Jersey Restaurant Association Headquarters (NJRA) located at 126 West State St. in Trenton, New Jersey.

This collaboration will include an exhibit of mixed media artwork, a tasting featuring top New Jersey restaurants, and a silent auction. The reception will benefit the New Jersey Restaurant Association, the ArtPride New Jersey Foundation, and the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition. Tickets are $50 and may be purchased by calling 609.479.3377 x 305.

“When we take the time to think about who has inspired us, I am clear that mostly it's the women in our lives,” says Betsy Alger of The Frog and The Peach NJRA vice chair/event chair.

“I am thrilled that we have made a connection between the women who are leaders in the culinary arts and those who stand out in the visual arts, and acknowledge that they represent the creativity of all women as we all create and inspire every day.”
