Applied Predictive Technologies (APT) announced today that Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., one of the country’s most popular and highly differentiated family restaurant chains, has signed an agreement to license APT's Test & Learn Management System.

Cracker Barrel will use APT’s solution to test strategic and tactical initiatives across its 608 company-owned restaurants.

With this agreement, Cracker Barrel joins 10 of America’s top 25 restaurant concepts that use APT’s Test & Learn solution to evaluate new business ideas.

“APT’s Test & Learn software gives us the ability to test and analyze marketing and operational initiatives before we implement them across our entire system,” says Lawrence E. Hyatt, senior vice president and chief financial officer of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc.

“This ability is increasingly important to our efforts to improve financial performance while continuing to deliver an outstanding dining experience to our guests.”

“Cracker Barrel is a unique restaurant concept with a decades-long track record of excellent customer service,” says Anthony Bruce, CEO of APT.

“We are very pleased that they have chosen to partner with APT as they grow and enhance their business. We look forward to working closely with the Cracker Barrel team as they continue to expand their restaurant network.”
