Lee Clark has been named senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Food Services of America (FSA).

Clark's promotion from vice president moves him to the corporate senior staff. He replaces Peter Smith, president and COO of Services Group of America (SGA), who also has been the CFO for FSA, allowing Smith to concentrate on the SGA operations.

Clark joined FSA in August of 2004 as vice president of accounting and reporting. He was previously CFO for a northwest regional grocery chain with 23 stores. He has 13 years of experience in the retail grocery industry in the accounting and financial analysis areas, prior to joining FSA.

Food Services of America serves customers in 15 western and mid-western states from nine regional distribution centers. Customers include independent and chain restaurants, schools, hospitals, hotels, cruise lines, and government foodservice operations.
