Known for its diverse Cantonese offerings, Red 8 at Wynn Las Vegas will debut a traditional dim sum breakfast beginning Saturday, Aug. 19. The dim sum menu will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Curated by Red 8’s renowned Dim Sum Master Sandy Shi, Executive Chef Jingang Zhang, and General Manager Wayne Zhang, the specialty menu is composed of a variety of small plates with a broad range of flavors, textures and ingredients traditionally found in dim sum. Guests can indulge in items including steamed BBQ pork buns, roasted duck pancake rolls, shrimp and ground pork wonton noodles, tornado egg rice, and sea bass congee.
Red 8’s dim sum breakfast is one of several new weekend breakfast and brunch offerings at Wynn Las Vegas, including the recently-debuted “Brunch Mexicano” at Casa Playa, an indulgent American-Italian menu at Allegro and deluxe breakfast sandwiches at Charlie’s Sports Bar.
