Pinstripes has introduced a new fall menu to all 14 locations nationwide, incorporating a handful of newly added seasonal dishes to its already-expansive selection of chef-driven menu items. Pinstripes is a massive entertainment venue offering a restaurant-style bistro, bowling lanes and bocce courts. Unlike other bowling alley settings, the food comes first at Pinstripes, with a menu offering an enticing selection of fresh seasonal entrées and handcrafted cocktails.

As part of the season of giving, throughout the entire month of November, Pinstripes is supporting families by donating $1 from every Burrata and Acorn Squash Salad. The new dish includes roasted acorn squash, grains, arugula, herb-infused oil and balsamic glaze.

Other new menu highlights include the Legendary Lobster Flatbread, a garlic and oregano crust topped with buttery Maine lobster, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan and scallions; Fettuccine Bolognese, made with housemade all-beef bolognese sauce with Italian San Marzano tomatoes; and Blackened Ahi Tuna, #1 grade tuna served rare with creamy citrus risotto, spicy calabrese vinaigrette, avocado, arugula, black sesame seeds and balsamic glaze. The Cookies & Gelato, warm housemade chocolate-chip cookies served with whipped cream and housemade vanilla gelato, is a newly added dessert.

“We are excited to introduce these newly added menu items to Pinstripes locations nationwide,” says Pinstripes Chief Culinary Officer Cesar Gutierrez. “As guests sample the flavors of fall in the bistro, they can also enjoy bowling, bocce and a night out at the bar.”

Guests can still expect to see dozens of familiar plates on the menu, including Chef’s Favorites like the Tenderloin Sliders, served with truffled potato strings, shallot mayo and bordelaise sauce; Bistro Burger, a certified Angus beef patty topped with sharp cheddar, tomato, romaine, shallot mayo and housemade pickles on a brioche bun; Prosciutto Fig Flatbread, with Gorgonzola-mascarpone spread, Fontinella and truffle arugula; Gnocchi & Vodka Sauce, with sautéed baby spinach, creamy tomato vodka, mascarpone and black pepper; Super Salad, a mix of nine superfoods – kale, spinach, pecans, figs, veggie chips, avocado, grains, raspberries and Humboldt Fog goat cheese – with honey red wine vinaigrette; Bone-In Pork Chop, with espresso rub, sweet potato mash, grilled asparagus, Kahlua cream sauce and roasted shallots; and the decadent housemade gelato in flavors like Triple Chocolate Brownie, Oreos & Cream and Purely Pistachio.

Pinstripes’ delicious dishes pair perfectly with its thoughtfully selected Italian/American wine list, curated handcrafted cocktails and an ever-changing selection of local craft beers. Handcrafted cocktails include the Margarita Italiano, concocted with Don Julio Silver tequila, Meletti limoncello, sour mix, a splash of pomegranate and a lime garnish; Limoncello Martini, made with Meletti limoncello, Grand Marnier fresh lemon, citrus sour mix and a lemon twist; and Violeta, created with Gray Whale gin, Rothman and Winter Crème de Violette, fresh lemon juice and La Marca prosecco with a sugar rim.
