Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar announced the launch of its two-course menu, Filets of Fall, available from September 5 through November 19. Celebrate the new season with a dining experience filled with hearty flavors and comforting aromas in every unforgettable bite. 

This exquisite menu starts with a sweet and earthy Carrot Ginger Soup with toasted cashews, coconut-chili cream and green onions​. The main course features Fleming’s signature Filet Mignon with a choice of an over-the-top companion. Options include a Black Garlic Blueberry Reduction with crispy goat cheese, an Alaskan Golden King Crab leg with passion fruit butter, a trio of Garlic Roasted Colossal Shrimp in spicy Worcestershire sauce, or a Crispy Maitake Mushroom with rosemary demi-glace and tarragon aioli. 

The price for the two-course menu starts at $57-$59 (depending on location).
