Pescadillas 

Corn masa turnovers filled with halibut picadillo with tomato, onion, garlic, olives, capers and almonds (served with crema mexicana flavored with El Naranjo’s Salsa Macha).

Main Course of the Month

Pozole Rojo de Cerdo

Pork, cacahuazintle corn (hominy) chile guajillo broth garnished with cabbage, radish, dried oregano, lime wedges and tostadas with spicy chile de arbol salsa served on the side
