What sets this cocktail apart and makes it the perfect libation to celebrate National Tequila Day is the addition of a house-made Limcella, a riff on the classic Italian liquor, limoncello, made with tequila as the base spirit and lime instead of lemon. The Limcella provides a balanced complexity to the cocktail with subtle citrus notes that highlight the Lalo Blanco, Cointreau Noir and Chamoy.
