“Sausage Month”is backat Wirtshaus, the Los Angeles German restaurantandbeer garden, from Nov. 3 to 30.

During this time, the restaurant and bar will featurea separate sausage menu in addition to its regular lunch and dinner offerings, which willinclude multiple adventurous sausagessuch asAlligator,LambMerguez,Pheasant with Cognac,Elk withMadeira wine,Salmon Chipotle,Venison, and aSpicy Mango and Jalapeño chickenversion.

The menu will also include someEuropean sausage mainstayslikeKnackwurst,Hungarian Kielbasa,and Käsekrainer, with bits of cheese stuffed right into the sausage.
