Benihana Inc. has announced its latest featured menu item, USDA Prime Sirloin Steak, which will be available exclusively at Benihana restaurants beginning this October.  

Benihana's USDA Prime Sirloin Steak features a 6.5-ounce, top sirloin cut seared to each guest's preference, then sliced and served with sautéed mushrooms in rich garlic butter for $24.99.

This newest entrée joins three other featured menu items that were introduced in September. The Striped Bass with Yuzu Sauce entrée features a grilled striped bass fillet served atop a bed of fresh asparagus and shitake mushrooms, and garnished with a creamy yuzu sauce with citrusy flavors for $24. 

Two new sushi rolls, the Green with Envy Roll and Rising Sun Roll, are also sure to please palates and are each available for $8.
