Paul Martin’s American Grill began dinner service on July 9 with lunch and brunch services soon to follow.

Located on 3848 Oak Lawn Ave. Suite 210, the restaurant will mark Paul Martin’s ninth location in the country and the first in Texas. 

Operating partner Jonathan Keller and Dallas chef partner Scott Nakachi will be overseeing the newest location.

Paul Martin’s menu features fresh seafood from sustainable fisheries, free-range meats and poultry, artisan cheeses, and cured meats. Everything found on the menu is made in-house with traditional cooking methods and no product in the kitchen is pre-made or precut.

Alongside the food, Paul Martin’s serves artisanal cocktails made with house-infused spirits, craft beers, and a deep selection of over 100 wines, most of which are offered by the glass.  

Paul Martin’s American Grill was founded in 2007 by Paul Fleming and Brian Bennett. The original Paul Martin’s restaurant was opened in Roseville, California.

The company now has nine locations in El Segundo, Irvine, Mountain View, Rancho Cucamonga, San Mateo, Westlake Village, California, and Scottsdale, Arizona, with its newest location in Dallas
