Consolidated Concepts, the nation’s leading group purchasing organization for mid-size and emerging chain restaurants, recently announced that it has signed a national contract with Tucano's Brazilian Grill, the first Brazilian Grill in the Consolidated Concepts Portfolio.

Tucano’s Brazilian Grill is a traditional churrasco style grill – a fusion of South American and European cultures.  From its birth in the Pampas or grasslands of Brazil, to the sparkling beaches of Rio de Janeiro, Tucanos now extends this festive tradition to the United States.  Tucano’s has eight locations nationally including: Colorado, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico, Virginia, and most recently Texas.
