This recipe makes use of Pork Base and Char Siu Chinese-Style BBQ sauce from Minor’s.
1 Qt. water
32 oz Noodles, cooked
12 oz Pork, BBQ, sliced
14 oz Bok choy, blanched
1. In a large pot bring the water, Pork Base and Char Siu sauce to a boil.
2. Divide the broth into six bowls and garnish with the noodles, pork and bok choy.
3. Garnish with scallions and sesame oil
