Muffuletta Offers New Mid-Day Menu

It’s a refuge from the rush. A refreshing way to relax. And an economical option for a late lunch, mid-afternoon snack or early dinner. One thing chef Matthew Ellison’s new mid-day menu is not, however, is ordinary.

“I wanted to craft a menu that’s accessible to everyone, but rewarding to all – from cash-strapped students to excitement-hungry foodies,” says Ellison. “More than anything, I just wanted to give people a great way to spend an afternoon.”
