Fox Restaurant Concepts opened its doors to The Henry, an American brasserie serving as the fifteenth concept created by the Fox family in the past 15 years. The Henry is now open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on weekends, and features a full coffee bar and larder open daily at 6:30 a.m., serving breakfast and lunch items with a convenient pickup window for coffee, pastries, and more.

“The Henry is a very special restaurant,” says Sam Fox, Fox Restaurant Concepts founder. “It’s housed in our company’s home office so we view each and every guest as a member of our family; a guest in our home. We hope the service our guests experience at The Henry will reflect our passion for hospitality.”

The menu features made-from-scratch American fare that is both comfortable and refined. A variety of meats are cured in-house and pastries are hand-rolled and baked fresh each morning. The centerpiece of the open kitchen is a wood-burning grill.

Breakfast includes crave-worthy dishes like Carrot Cake Pancakes topped with cream cheese icing and a classic Bagel & Lox sandwich with smoked salmon and all the fixings. For lunch, guests can feast on a the Seasonal Ingredient salad of butternut squash, pears, faro, quinoa, radicchio, cranberries, and blue cheese, or the C.B. & Rye stuffed with housemade corned beef, caramelized cabbage ,and onion with gruyere cheese on rye bread. Dinner includes entrée options like the Long Bone Short Rib topped with a bourbon caramel glaze, roasted mushroom, forme d’ambert, and mizuna greens or Thai Peanut Black Cod with shiitake mushrooms, Chinese broccoli, red chili in a ginger cardamom broth.

The Henry’s executive chef Christopher Wolven says, “As the home of the culinary creative house for the company, you’ll see the absolute best of everything on our menu from pork chops cooked on our Argentine wood-fired grill served with cauliflower polenta, to a warm salmon salad with Skuna Bay Salmon, Brussels sprouts, white beans and mushrooms. Our food hits the spot—both in your heart and stomach—and it makes you want to come back for more.”

The dining area of the restaurant offers inspiring views of Camelback Mountain, an iconic Phoenix landmark. The warm interior is adorned with rich evergreen banquettes, navy and gold-studded walls, and a mix of modern and industrialdécor that will make guests feel like they have a place in the neighborhood that immediately feels like home.

“The Henry was designed to be inviting to families enjoying a night out, professionals wanting to meet for lunch or unwind after work, and friends who need a place to catch up,” says Fox. “We want to offer comfortable food paired with hospitality and gratitude for choosing to spend time at The Henry.”
