The Fairmont Chicago Offers Holiday Feasts


The Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, 200 North Columbus Drive, is making Thanksgiving and Christmas easy as pumpkin pie this year with gourmet ready-to-serve dinners prepared by the executive chef.  The hotel is also offering a special Relatives and Room Service Package to truly make the entire holiday season stress-free for Chicagoans. The overnight package includes deluxe accommodations and a food and beverage credit per day. 

The gourmet ready-to-serve Thanksgiving dinner serves up to eight guests and includes an oven-roasted turkey with savory herb stuffing, cranberry relish with candied lemon zest, buttery mashed potatoes, and giblet gravy, sweet potatoes, green beans, baby carrots in dill butter, fresh-baked Parker House rolls, and a choice of apple-cranberry cobbler, chocolate pecan pie, or pumpkin cheesecake. Additional à la carte items include pre-carving the turkey, a whole oven-roasted turkey, and sides and desserts. Aria also offers fresh-baked cookies including gingerbread, classic sugar, triple chocolate mint, and cranberry-orange spritz, mini dessert tartlets including pumpkin, apple streusel or pecan, and fresh-baked cakes and pies including pumpkin cheesecake, classic pumpkin pie, chocolate pecan pie, apple streusel pie, or apple cranberry cobbler.
