Food industry thought leader, brand innovator, and marketing guru John Moore, former long-time Starbucks marketing manager and Whole Foods director of marketing, will speak at the 2013 Tri-State Food Expo on Tuesday, October 1, at 1:00 p.m. The Tri-State Food Expo, taking place October 1–2 at the Meadowlands Expo Center in Secaucus, New Jersey, is a trade-only event for the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut retail and foodservice trade industry.
