Ziosk, maker of a leading ordering, entertainment and pay-at-the table tablet, has entered into a partnership with several entertainment platforms to bring new premium content to restaurant tables across the country. The new content includes:
Toca Boca, an award-winning play studio focused on kid-friendly digital toys. With over 100 million downloads, Toca Boca’s apps are regularly among the top paid kids apps—making it the No. 1 mobile-first kids brand on the App Store. Toca Boca games focus on stimulating kids’ imaginations so they can play and have fun in a safe digital environment. Six of Toca Boca’s most popular games will be featured on the Ziosk, including Toca Boo, Toca Kitchen, Toca Nature, Toca Cars, Toca Builders, and Toca Life Town.
Thuuz Sports, an award-winning mobile and connected TV platform revolutionizing how fans discover and connect to sports programming. Thuuz Sports includes a 100-point scale excitement rating for each game, automated headlines about what's most compelling, and connectivity to additional game data. Fans can utilize the platform to monitor their favorite teams and live games, including accessing content via Ziosk while visiting restaurants to discover which games are worth viewing on the TVs. Thuuz Sports organizes multiple games at once, keeping the presentation simple and responsive for quick scanning of restaurant guests’ favorite sports.
Fashion Trender, an interactive shopping guide and game experience that is putting fashion brands from the hottest retailers at restaurant guests’ fingertips via the Ziosk. Fashion Trender lets players test their fashion sense by swiping right to like or left to dislike products from retailers at their local shopping malls, and compare the results with actual trends to determine their trendy score. Fashion Trender also works with top retailers and brands to offer price discounts on products that players like. From clothes, shoes and accessories to home goods, electronics and more, the platform provides consumers a fun way to discover new products, and even save money on items they fall in love with while playing Fashion Trender.
“As the pioneer and leader of the installed tabletop tablet market, it is important for us to continue providing restaurant guests new content that will create additional benefits and further enhance their overall dining experience,” says Austen Mulinder, CEO of Ziosk. “With our latest partnerships now available to Ziosk tablets at Chili’s, Red Robin and Olive Garden restaurants, guests will now have access to even more premium content that everyone from children to adults can enjoy.”
The new content will be available at varying dates across restaurants, including Chili's Grill & Bar, Red Robin, and Olive Garden. The latest Ziosk update provides content for all guest interests and ages and is included in the all you can play premium content offering for only $1.99. For sports fans, Thuuz Sports will allow guests to keep up to date with their favorite sports teams, player stats and more. For fashionistas and shoppers, Fashion Trender will allow guests to shop for their favorite items and determine their trendy score while they dine. Lastly, Toca Boca provides children and families with stimulating and imaginative experiences to play together, all while enjoying a delicious meal.
“Like our partners, we share a passion for providing consumers memorable experiences, so we are thrilled to work together to bring a variety of exciting new content to a previously untapped space,” adds John Regal, chief strategy officer for Ziosk. “We look forward to debuting these popular applications to participating restaurants across the country and giving guests new ways to enjoy their time while dining out.”
