Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar, an upscale boutique burger restaurant, is expanding guests’ dining options with the launch of its new catering service. Perfect for business luncheons or special events, Zinburger Catering is available at all 17 of its East Coast locations.
“The catering industry has evolved tremendously in recent years with more specialty menus available for off-site dining than ever before,” says Rick Barbrick, president and CEO of The Briad Group, which owns Zinburger. “We’re excited to offer this service to the marketplace, and our goal is to provide the same high-quality, great-tasting Zinburger experience you’d find in one of our restaurants to guests on their property.”
When ordering a catered meal, guests will be able to mix-and-match signature proteins including turkey, chicken, veggie, CAB, prime rib and Kobe beef, as well as cheeses and buns.
All catering packages come with a bowl of house-made chips, a variety of toppings, condiments, napkins, plastic plates and cutlery. Beverage packages are also available. The minimum order for catering is 10 burgers at a starting price of $129.90.
