Woody’s Bar-B-Q Adding Grillin’ Chillin’ n Cheesy Panini for September

Florida-based, classic Southern barbecue chain—Woody’s Bar-B-Q—announce the upcoming premiere of two new limited time offer sandwiches to its menu at participating restaurants. Dubbed Grillin’ Chillin’ n Cheesy Paninis, the promotion features a pair of pressed sandwiches filled with comfort food-inspired ingredients that will help patrons fill their bellies while getting in touch with their inner child.  Only available September 1 through October 15, The Big Cheese and The Big Shot are must-try menu items for sandwich lovers.

Here’s a sneak peek at what Woody’s Bar-B-Q patrons can expect, beginning in September:

The Big Cheese: Woody’s takes the concept of a classic grilled cheese sandwich and kicks it up a notch by melting cheddar cheese over a bed of the barbecue chain’s popular macaroni and cheese and then layering the creamy concotion between two slices of toasted golden panini with a hearty hint of garlic butter. It’s a handheld slice of Heaven with real clout … no doubt. The Big Cheese is served with a choice of one side, including French fries, creamy cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, baked or sweet potato, Bar-B-Q beans or country vegetables.

The Big Shot: Not to be outdone, the Big Shot is specifically crafted for patrons with carnivorous cravings. Based on the same foundation as The Big Cheese – two slices of toasted golden panini with a hearty hint of garlic butter, The Big Shot features 4 oz. of Woody’s moist and tender Texas Beef Brisket at center stage topped with melted cheddar cheese. This sandwich is large and in charge. The Big Shot is served with a choice of one side, including French fries, creamy cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, baked or sweet potato, Bar-B-Q beans or country vegetables.
