When the clock strikes 5:00 p.m.on Wednesday, June 8, one of the Los Angeles’ most exciting culinary offerings will debut at WP24 Lounge—Wolfgang Puck’s celebrated modern Chinese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles.
The talented chefs of WP24, Chef de Cuisine Sara Johannes and Pastry Chef Sally Camacho, have created “Tastes of 24,” an exclusive menu for the Lounge that will feature innovative modern Chinese cuisine that incorporates seasonally changing items based on the freshest ingredients.
The menu is comprised of two selections for each course, which will include a first, main, and dessert. In addition, it will offer a cocktail, wine, and sake selection for just $8.00 each.
The menu will evolve weekly and sample selections may include: Steamed Baby Bao Buns, Szechuan Chicken, “Dan Dan” Dumplings, “Hong Kong Style” Tai Red Snapper, and the signature Marjolasian dessert.
The Lounge at Wolfgang Puck’s WP24 sits adjacent to the main dining room offering guests a relaxed experience with panoramic views of the Los Angelesskyline. The Lounge menu features a blend of sushi items and Asian-inspired small plates along with a selection of specialty cocktails, wine, beer, and sake.
Customers will pay $24.00 for a three-course “Tastes of 24” menu, and the menu is available in the WP24 Lounge only, Monday through Saturday from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
