Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) will hold its Leadership Breakfast Series Event in conjunction with IFA’s 53rd Annual Conference, February 18, 2013 at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. The event includes a panel discussion with senior leaders from franchise segments such as foodservice, retail, and hard goods. Featured panelists include Melanie Bergeron (Two Men and a Truck), Michelle Di Tondo (MGM Resorts International), and Michael Powell (Port of Subs, Inc.), with moderator Marilyn Sherman (Upfront Communications).

“Franchise leaders must effectively execute strategy and achieve performance goals through people, process and purpose,” says WFF president and CEO Fritzi Woods. “Our leadership breakfast gives leaders the insights and skills they need to be successful.”

The WFF Leadership Breakfast will also share strategies for gaining employee commitment, building a well-developed workforce, and share leadership behaviors that drive employee engagement.

All levels of leadership are welcome to attend this Leadership Breakfast Series Event. Those interested may register online. The cost is $55 for WFF and IFA members and $65 for non-members. Tables can be purchased at $600 per table. The deadline to register is Wednesday, February 13, 2013.
