The free consultation can be initiated by completing an online form to provide background on the operation and an opportunity to explain concerns. Then, a Vollrath foodservice professional will reach out and provide guidance and recommendations on front-of-house and/or back-of-house operation. Examples of concerns include: cleaning and sanitation stations, social distancing, food barriers, mobile food stations, and food delivery and transport options.
