Venetian Punch Cocktail from Tales of the Cocktail

  • 8 ounce Nardini Grappa
  • 8 ounce Sparkling Moscato
  • 4 ounce Mandarin Juice
  • 4 ounce Lime Juice
  • 2 ounce Roasted Pineapple Syrup
  • 5 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
  • 5 Dashes of Orange Flower Water 

The Spirit of Italy is an organization of eight companies that it has been founded in 2011 by some of Italy’s finest producers of Spirits, Amari, Liqueurs and Aperitifs who have been in business for generations. These companies have decided to join forces altogether, in order to deliver great initiatives geared towards industry professionals and consumers alike.

The Venetian Punch is perfect to serve instead of mimosas for it's fruity and light flavors.

  1. In a punch bowl, mix the ingredients (except the Moscato)
  2. Let it sit for half an hour.
  3. Add chilled Moscato and small block of ice, then serve.
  4. Garnish: Strawberry slices, pineapple and mandarin wheels.
