Home to the “World’s Coldest Martini” and elevated oyster bar program, Hudson House  will open its first Los Angeles location July 2022. The East Coast-inspired eatery is owned and operated by Vandelay Hospitality Group with four existing locations throughout Dallas, TX. Marking the first out-of-state outpost for Texas-based Vandelay Hospitality, Hudson House Beverly Hills will anchor a 3,681 square-foot space along the iconic Sunset Strip at 9255 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90069.

“We couldn’t be more excited to kick off Vandelay’s expansion into Southern California,” says Vandelay Hospitality Group Founder and CEO, Hunter Pond. “I think Hudson House’s warm, sophisticated, and polished all-American ambiance will resonate and fill a void within the Beverly Hills and West Hollywood neighborhoods.”

In line with existing Hudson House locations, the Los Angeles restaurant will boast natural light, an airy dining room, warm honey wood and plush navy leather booths, brass and opal glass light fixtures, and greenery reminiscent of New England style and architecture. As if taking a step into the world of Ralph Lauren, the state-of-the-art raw bar and robust brunch program are inspired by neighborhood joints of the West Village in New York City.

Centered on “polished casual” Americana design and cuisine, Hudson House Beverly Hills will offer straightforward and timeless dishes for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Alongside the renowned “World’s Coldest Martini” with housemade bleu cheese olives, popular menu staples include: East Coast Oysters, flown in daily; The Cheeseburger featuring 4oz. USDA beef patties, American cheese, pickles, and signature Hudson sauce between housemade sesame buns; French Chicken, thinly sliced cajun chicken breast with skinny fries, and Jack’s salad. Dessert selections include classics such as Chocolate Silk Pie, Key Lime Pie, and Butterscotch Sundae.

Weekend brunch at Hudson House Beverly Hills will feature fan favorites like Lemon Poppy Seed Buttermilk Pancakes with blueberry compote and pistachio crumble; classically prepared Eggs Benedict with choice of country ham, lobster, or smoked salmon and hollandaise; and Hudson Sandwich with smoked bacon, American cheese, scrambled egg, dijonaise, and sliced avocado. A brunch cocktail menu—including the time-honored Bloody Mary made with housemade mix —rounds out the weekend offerings.
