Union Cantina, the award-winning Mexican restaurant is officially opening their all-new Union Burger Bar on Thursday, January 17 at 40 Bowden Square in Southampton, New York. The restaurant extension will be co-located with the contemporary Mexican restaurant, offering an assortment of specialty gourmet burgers, fresh hand-cut fries, maniacal milkshakes & desserts and of course an elaborate craft beer and small batch bourbon selection. Restaurateur and owner Ian Duke with award-winning Executive Chef Scott Kampf are excited to introduce the new culinary offering to the year-round dining staple of Southampton.

The spacious and casual dining room has seen some recent renovations, but the new Burger Bar will be the biggest in the past year for Union Cantina. The Burger Bar menu will be rich in variety and slathered with flavor. Well-regarded for their fresh Colorado Beef burgers that also are hormone, anti-antibiotic and additive free. The burger bar is dedicated to environmental sustainability.

Union Burger Bar is prepared to lead the 2019 Hamptons dining scene with their new finely crafted burgers, and keeping with tradition, Executive Chef Scott Kampf is prepared to serve up the next, potential award-wining dish. In 2018, Union Cantina won the “Best of the Best” awards for “Best Taco”, “Best Margarita”, “Best Happy Hour Bar” and “Best Mexican Cuisine” from leading Hamptons publication, Dan’s Papers. Award-winning Executive Chef Scott Kampf, previously featured on Food Network’s Iron Chefs of America, received the Gold distinction for “Best Chef”, while House Mixologist Brady received the silver distinction for “Best Bartender”.
