With ice cold beer, a top-notch scratch kitchen and the best scenic views around, locals in the Buckeye State know that it’s hard to beat the ultimate sports lodge experience at Twin Peaks Restaurant.

Twin Peaks CEO Joe Hummel knows this too, which is why the brand announced today that it has executed an extension on its area development agreement (ADA) with JEB Food Group to open four more franchised locations in the Cleveland area. By extending its ADA, the franchise group will develop and operate a total of 16 Twin Peaks restaurants throughout the Ohio River Valley.

JEB already operates locations in Florence, Kentucky, as well as Beavercreek and West Chester, Ohio, with a new location opening in Columbus this May. Its current ADA plans also include expansion in the Columbus area and Cincinnati, while also growing in Louisville, Kentucky and southern Indiana.

“JEB has been a tremendous addition to the Twin Peaks brand since we began working with them a few years ago,” Hummel says. “The partners within JEB have extensive knowledge in real estate development, as well as restaurant and property management, so they know how to work quickly and effectively. We couldn’t ask for a better partner than JEB to help us continue our growth across Ohio.”

JEB consists of real estate investors and developers John Hong and Brent Irish, as well as Ed Williams, who brings more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

“We love being a part of the Twin Peaks family,” says Williams. “We’re looking forward to bringing more of the lodge’s incredible game day atmosphere to Cleveland, on top of our existing scope of development.”
