Twin Peaks Restaurant's continued expansion is getting a bit more of a Midwest flavor with its entry into Pennsylvania later this summer.
The ultimate sports lodge is set to open the brand’s first Keystone State location at 200 Park Manor Dr., near the Robinson Town Center, in the Pittsburgh suburb of Robinson Township in mid-July. The new Twin Peaks will be owned and operated by The Falcons Group and is the first of three lodges across the Pittsburgh area to open with the franchise partner.
“Pittsburgh is known for its hard-core sports fans, so we’re excited to tap into this market and bring them a sports bar experience unlike anything they’ve seen,” says Twin Peaks CEO Joe Hummel. “We’re on a mission to be recognized as the number-one sports bar in the country, and to do that, we need to have the best staff. We’re looking for quality individuals who love working with people to join our team, so come check out why Twin Peaks isn’t just a great place to hang out, but also a great place to work!”
In preparation for its grand opening, Twin Peaks is hiring more than 130 team members for various positions, including Twin Peaks Girls, bartenders, managers and Heart of House positions. Interested candidates can text “WORK4TP” to 85000 to begin the application process or stop by the restaurant from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to apply in person.
With over 60 TVs situated at every possible angle and 32 beers – including both national and local favorites – on tap, every fan is sure to find the ultimate vantage point to watch the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins in action. Pittsburgh’s Twin Peaks will also feature a unique Bourbon Bar, which highlights the brand’s expansive and exclusive bourbon collection on the Mezzanine level of the facility. The Bourbon Bar will provide a separate area, away from the restaurant, that can be rented out for private events such as bourbon tastings, bachelor parties and corporate gatherings.
Twin Peaks offers a wide selection of amazing draft favorites and its robust beverage menu has something for everyone. Whether you prefer enjoying a rare bourbon, whiskey or tequila poured over a crystal-clear ice ball, or a hand-crafted cocktail featuring unique and favored spirits, Twin Peaks has you covered. Equally impressive, the lodge’s made-from-scratch kitchen is bursting with flavors from items such as artisan flatbreads, classic hand-smashed, seared-to-order burgers and its famous smoked and grilled chicken wings.
The Twin Peaks in Robinson Township will serve guests Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight
