Beating the heat will soon to be much easier with ‘la cerveza más fria de México’ as Twin Peaks Restaurant made its debut in Cancun on Dec. 19.

Located at Av. Bonampak, Sm 06, Mz 01, Lt 01, int. R-07ª in Benito Juárez C.P., the newest ultimate sports lodge is the first Twin Peaks outside of the Mexico City area and in a tourism hot spot. It’s place on the ground floor of the Malecón las Américas shopping center makes it the ideal spot for everyone to gather to watch Liga MX futból or NFL football games, while enjoying scratch-made food and beers at -2 degrees Celsius – the coldest in Mexico!

This will mark the second international location Twin Peaks opened in 2022, with the Coapa borough of Mexico City getting its lodge in January of this year. Cancun will mark the fourth Twin Peaks in Mexico with a fifth scheduled to open in the Encuentro Oceania shopping mall in the Venustiano Carranza borough of Mexico City in March of 2023. The expansion will continue in Mexico and further into Latin America with plans for 32 lodges south of the United States border.

“Our expansion into México has been an unequivocable success because we’ve found great franchise partners as well as the warm and hospitable people of this welcoming country,” said Twin Peaks CEO Joe Hummel. “Cancun is hot – with the weather and tourism – so we knew this would be the ideal place to open another Twin Peaks. Locals and visitors will feel right at home with our scratch-made food, impeccable service from the Twin Peaks Girls and la cerveza más fria de México!”

Twin Peaks Cancun will feature a 360-degree bar, more than 50 TVs situated at every possible angle and two patios. This will give sports fans plenty of vantage points to take in all the action as they dine on scratch-made favorites and order any drink they can think of from its massive bar.

The scratch kitchen will continue to serve best-in-class food and live up to its Spanish nickname of ‘cocina desde cero’ with flatbreads featuring gourmet toppings on in-house rolled dough as well as a hand-trimmed New York Strip Steak and its famous smashed and seared burgers. There will be 16 beers on tap – from México, the United States and other Latin American countries – as well as countless options of tequilas, mezcal, whiskey and bourbons to mix as cocktails, serve over an ice ball or shoot with friends at the bar.
