Turtle Bay Resort, the experience-driven resort on Oahu’s North Shore, and Hawaii Chef Roy Yamaguchi, jointly announced the resort’s opening of Roy’s Beach House restaurant, scheduled for second quarter 2016.

Roy’s newest creation on Oahu, Roy’s Beach House, will be located in the area overlooking Turtle Bay’s Kuilima Cove and occupy the space currently held by Ola at Turtle Bay Resort, which will remain open with normal business hours through December 15.

“Roy’s Beach House will be a magnificent new offering to our resort experience and will make staying here at Turtle Bay or spending a day on the North Shore even more unique and special,” says Danna Holck, vice president and general manager of Turtle Bay Resort.

“A warm mahalo goes to Chef Fred and Cheryl DeAngelo and the wonderful team at Ola for the many years of delicious cuisine, superb service and relaxing ambiance they have provided at Turtle Bay Resort to our guests and residents of Oahu.”

The concept for the menu and design of Roy’s Beach House is currently underway and the build-out of the new restaurant will begin in early 2016. More information about Roy’s Beach House, including the menu and official grand opening date, will be released at a later date.
