Tulkoff Food Products, Inc. introduced Roasted Garlic Concentrate, the newest garlic addition to its current food service line. The Baltimore-based manufacturer describes the product as a concentrated paste of roasted garlic.
Tulkoff’s Roasted Garlic Concentrate is a thick, full-flavored paste containing a visible blend of premium roasted garlic, vegetable stock, and carrots. The result is an alternative choice for garlic powder, IQF garlic or minced garlic.
“We are known in the industry for our premium garlic, so this product is a great fit,” says Phil Tukoff, president, Tulkoff Food Products, Inc. “Our Roasted Garlic Concentrate, gives high-volume operators the ability to use this product as a base to be mixed into a variety of menu offerings like soups, sauces or even breads. Tulkoff’s Roasted Garlic Concentrate is fresh-never frozen, trans-fat free, sugar free, and does not contain high fructose corn syrup. The product is packaged in a Mylar sealed 8-ounce tub and re-sealable lid within a 12-count case.
Tulkoff’s current food service line includes horseradish, assorted garlics, ginger, pesto, seafood sauces, flavored butters, and aiolis packaged in a variety of sizes from 8-ounce to industrial sizes.
