Tulkoff Food Products, Inc. introduced Spicy Kimchi Aioli, its newest addition to its foodservice squeeze bottle line. The Baltimore-based manufacturer describes the product as the first and only manufactured sauce offered to operators that combines the trending flavor of kimchi with mayonnaise.
Tulkoff’s Spicy Kimchi Aioli takes the components of kimchi, a traditional Korean dish of fermented cabbage, and combines it with the creaminess of mayonnaise, a proprietary spice blend, cilantro, and garlic.
