As part of its seasonal Kiss My Hash specials, HashTAG introduces the Slow-Cooked Brisket. Chef Troy Guard’s take on the classic breakfast staple comes with seasoned country-style potatoes, hatch chiles, poblano peppers, red peppers, onions, chopped smoked beef brisket, two eggs and green onion.
HashTAG has new cocktails and drinks for summer sipping including the Maple Bacon Old Fashioned, an instant classic that includes Old Forester Whiskey, walnut bitters, maple syrup, and bacon, a spin on everyone's favorite boozy breakfast drink with the Colorado Bloody Mary made with vodka, green chile, house bloody mix, pulled pork, and bacon and the Breakfast of Champions which includes a draft beer and shot of house whisky, tequila, or vodka.
Guest can go big for brunch with the Big A$$ Breakfast Punch with Deep Eddy Grapefruit Vodka, rum, mixed juices, orgeat, and ginger beer, perfect to share (or not) between four friends, or take it easy and turn the house Espresso Martini with espresso, New Amsterdam Vodka, Moonlight Expresso Liquor, and maple syrup into the Mini Espresso Martini. HashTAG’s Mimosa Flight is a new option for those who can’t decide with four “mini-mosas" made with fruit juices including fresh squeezed OJ, P.O.G. (passionfruit, orange, guava) pineapple and grapefruit.
