TriMark USA, LLC, a leading provider of design services, equipment, and supplies to the foodservice industry, announced that Doug Jones and Kathy Lane have joined the Board of Directors.

Doug Jones is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at MSC Industrial Supply Co. Doug joined MSC in 2001 and has held various senior roles in supply chain during his 20+ years with the company. Jones has overall responsibility for all aspects of MSC’s supply chain, including Distribution Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Facilities, Purchasing, Continual Improvement, Customer Solutions, Innovation and Information Technology. Before joining MSC, Jones was Vice President, Distribution Operations for the Central Region of the United States for Fisher Scientific from 1998 to 2001. Prior to Fisher Scientific, Jones spent 10 years at McMaster-Carr Supply Company where he held various managerial positions in Fulfillment, Finance, Purchasing and Inventory Management.

Jones earned a master’s degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting and MIS from The Ohio State University. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and serves as a member of the Fortna Advisory Board. He currently serves as a member of the Industry Roundtable Council for the Federal Reserve’s 5th District. DC Velocity magazine recognized Jones as a “Rainmaker” for his contributions to the supply chain profession.

Kathy Lane is an information technology veteran with more than thirty years of experience, including senior positions at three Fortune 500 companies. Lane served most recently as EVP and CIO at The TJX Companies. Previously, Lane served as group CIO at National Grid, and CIO at the Gillette Company, GE Oil & Gas, and GE Vendor Financial Services. She also held IT positions at Pepsi Cola International and The Procter & Gamble Company.

Lane earned a bachelor’s degree from The State University of New York, Albany, a Master of Business Administration degree, and a Master of Science degree in management information systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Lane currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Hanover Group and Armstrong Flooring, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Bob Evans Farms and EarthLink. Lane is also a Trustee of Hebrew SeniorLife. Lane has often been recognized for her roles in and contributions to the IT community. In 2019, she was among the Most Influential Corporate Board Members by WomenInc.
